/&gt;&lt;br /&gt;130 ml di panna per dolci;&lt;br /&gt;65 ml di latte;&lt;br /&gt;75 gr di zucchero;&lt;br /&gt;3 cucchiai di sciroppo alla menta;&lt;br /&gt;1 foglio e 1/2 di colla di pesce;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;per la panna cotta al cacao:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;130 ml di panna per dolci;&lt;br /&gt;65 ml di latte;&lt;br /&gt;75 gr di zucchero;&lt;br /&gt;1 cucchiaio scarso di cacao amaro;&lt;br /&gt;1 foglio e 1/2 di colla di pesce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedimento:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Come prima cosa mettere a bagno in acqua fredda la colla di pesce per 10 minuti,dopo di che strizzarla in modo da eliminare l'acqua in eccesso.&lt;br /&gt;In un pentolino versare la panna,il latte,lo zucchero e lo sciroppo di menta..lasciar cuocere fino a quando raggiunge il bollore,quindi continuare la cottura per ancora qualche minuto.Togliere dal fuoco,aggiungere la colla e mescolando farlo cuocere per 1-2 minuti ancora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ripetere lo stesso procedimento per la panna cotta al cacao.L'unica accortezza,quando si aggiunge il cacao alla panna e al latte mescolare,delicatamente, con una frusta in modo da evitare eventuali grumi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A questo punto versare alla base dello stampo prima la panna cotta al cacao e poi la panna cotta alla menta.Lasciar raffreddare e riporre in frigo per 5 ore circa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Servire e decorare la panna cotta con sciroppo di menta e foglioline di menta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a Nacatole...dei dolci natalizi tipici della tradizione Calabrese.Sono abbastanza complicate nelle esecuzione...ma vi posso garantire che il risultato vale "il lavoro" che richiedono.La ricetta le è stata tramandata dalla madre...che a sua volta l'ha ricevuta dalla sua....praticamente da madre in figlia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a /&gt;18 uova;&lt;br /&gt;q.b. di latte;&lt;br /&gt;q.b. di acqua;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;olio di mais per friggere;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;zucchero per decorare&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Procedimento:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc33cc;"&gt;1° giorno&lt;/span&gt;: prendere il 1/2 kg di lievito rinfrescarlo e lasciarlo lievitare tutta la notte.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc33cc;"&gt;2° giorno&lt;/span&gt;: se il lievitino è aumentato di volume..impastarlo con 1 kg di farina...e lasciarlo nuovamente lievitare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc33cc;"&gt;3° giorno&lt;/span&gt;: accertarsi che il lievitino sia ben lievitato,come si vede nella prima foto,se è così allora si può procedere con il primo impasto....il quale richiede metà degli ingredienti.Quindi: &lt;span style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;2 kg di farina,9 uova,375 gr di olio,900 gr di zucchero..e due bicchiere(di carta) circa di latte caldo&lt;/span&gt;.A questo punto...bisogna montare le uova con lo zucchero,l'olio...e un bicchiere di latte..devono risultare spumose.In una ciotola,ben capiente,versare la farina...e le uova montate.(seconda foto).Ora bisogna impastare...tantooooooooo...ma tanto.L'impasto deve risultare compatto...ma non duro...con l'altro bicchiere di latte bisogna farsi che l'impasto diventi morbido,elastico...tipo appiccicoso..le mani devono però rimanere pulite.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #cc33cc;"&gt;4° giorno&lt;/span&gt;: se l'impasto è lievitato,aggiungere l'altra parte di ingredienti. text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_ovnVF0kEwzw/TM2HHTDq0yI/AAAAAAAAFts/88LqxegiNuw/s1600/DSC07512.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_ovnVF0kEwzw/TM2HHTDq0yI/AAAAAAAAFts/88LqxegiNuw/s320/DSC07512.JPG" width="320" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 gr di riso;&lt;br /&gt;300 gr di verza;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr di salsiccia cotta alla griglia e spezzettata;&lt;br /&gt;olio evo;&lt;br /&gt;soffritto di verdure;&lt;br /&gt;vino bianco;&lt;br /&gt;brodo vegetale;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Procedimento:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In una padella far rosolare la verza,tagliata a listarelle,con l'olio e il soffritto.Quindi unire il riso e cuocerlo aggiungendo man mano il brodo vegetale.Alcune foglie di verza sbollentarle per 5 minuti in modo da fargli mantenere il colore verde.Quando il riso è cotto unire la salsiccia,le foglie di verza sbollentate e far insaporire il tutto per alcuni minuti.Regolare di sale solo se necessario.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Servire in cocottine rivestite di foglie di verza....Buon appetito!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- in forno tradizionale preriscaldato : a 200° per 30 minuti;&lt;br /&gt;- nel fornetto estense preriscaldato : sul fornello grande, a fuoco medio per 25/30 minuti.Sul piano alto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="clear: left; sono di &lt;a href="http://www.alfemminile.com/il-mio-spazio/chiccuccia"&gt;Chiccuccia&lt;/a&gt;..una ragazza gentilissima,dolce e bravissima in cucina.Alla mia famiglia è piaciuto tantissimo...il gusto è perfetto...parola del golosone di mio papà.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;400 gr di cioccolato fondente nero;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr di cioccolato bianco;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr di nocciole sgusciate; circa di farina &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;manitoba&lt;/span&gt;;&lt;br /&gt;200 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di burro morbido;&lt;br /&gt;25 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di lievito di birra;&lt;br /&gt;180/200 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di zucchero;&lt;br /&gt;40 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di miele;&lt;br /&gt;3 uova + 3 tuorli;&lt;br /&gt;100 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_6"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di latte&lt;br /&gt;scorza di un limone e arancia;&lt;br /&gt;canditi misti a piacere;(o cioccolata)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_7"&gt;Procedimento&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #6600cc;"&gt;Primo impasto verso le 18&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sciogliere in 70 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_8"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di latte il lievito ed impastare il tutto con 100 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_9"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di farina.Far riposare per 1 ora circa.(prima foto)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #6600cc;"&gt;secondo impasto :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aggiungere all'impasto altri 100 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_10"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di farina,80 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_13"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di zucchero ed incorporare 80 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_14"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di burro morbido...formando una palla morbida ed elastica. Far riposare 1 ora 30 circa.(quarta e prima foto)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: #6600cc;"&gt;Quarto impasto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;All'impasto unire il resto della farina,120 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_15"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di burro..ed impastare fino a che il burro non si sarà assorbito.Aggiungere un pizzico di sale,80 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_16"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di zucchero,la buccia degli agrumi,40 &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_17"&gt;gr&lt;/span&gt; di miele,ed una volta alla volta le uova (iniziando dai tuorli)...amalgamare tutti gli ingredienti...aggiustando l'impasto con qualche cucchiaio di farina..se dovesse presentarsi troppo appiccicoso.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A questo punto aggiungere i canditi e lasciare lievitare per tutta la notte....in un luogo caldo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;La &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_18"&gt;sequenza&lt;/span&gt;
